These Terms govern access to the Metrune website and platform. If your organization has a separate written agreement with Metrune, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Workspace administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning permissions, configuring environments, and managing the data their organization sends to Metrune.
Acceptable use
You may not use Metrune to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, probe another customer environment, distribute malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to process any data you submit.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data submitted to your workspace. You grant Metrune the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide and secure the service. Metrune does not use customer telemetry to train shared models unless your organization expressly agrees.
Service operation
We may update the service and its documentation over time. Preview features may change or be withdrawn and should not be used for critical workloads unless stated otherwise. Usage limits, support terms, and service commitments depend on your plan or written agreement.
Fees and termination
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing period unless cancelled. Either party may terminate as permitted by the applicable order or agreement. After termination, access ends and customer data is handled according to the documented export and deletion process.
Disclaimers and liability
Except for obligations stated in a written agreement, the service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Liability limits and exclusions apply as described in the applicable order or enterprise agreement.
