This Privacy Notice explains how Metrune processes information when you visit our website, create a workspace, or use the Metrune platform.
Information we process
We process account information such as names, work email addresses, authentication records, workspace membership, and support communications. We also process service metadata needed to operate the platform, including IP address, browser information, audit events, feature usage, and billing identifiers.
Metrune receives telemetry that customers choose to send from their AI applications. Workspace administrators control capture, redaction, sampling, access, and retention settings for that telemetry. Customers are responsible for configuring those controls appropriately for their workloads.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, process requests, diagnose incidents, improve product performance, communicate important updates, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and transfers
We use vetted infrastructure, analytics, communications, support, and payment providers to operate Metrune. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and are subject to contractual safeguards.
Retention and security
Account and service information is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or required by law. Customer telemetry follows the retention policy configured for its workspace. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information. Workspace users should first contact their workspace administrator for requests involving customer-controlled telemetry.
